Doctor Data Toowoomba became a registered business in 2019, to provide customers across Toowoomba and surrounding areas with a comprehensive range of computer services, placing a special emphasis on achieving 100% customer satisfaction. Our owner/operator has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years and set up the business to offer his invaluable experience and expertise to customers and business clients who want support, repairs, and services that they can rely on.
Previous experience with computer repairs in two retail environments over 4 years, working for Telstra for 3 years in management positions, and schools through Toowoomba and surrounds for 7 years. I wanted to go back to my passion of repairing computers and working with customers one on one, giving the best experience to the customer and explaining things in non-computer-jargon, also known as “human talk”.

I work from a backyard office, which keeps all costs down while maintaining a professional and secure environment. Simply drive to the end of the driveway, next to the garage, and my office will be on the left. I’m even willing to pick up work on the side of the road to save you time. Please note that I am only available by appointment, not only due to COVID-19 limitations but also because I have jobs outside of the office at times.

The Doctor Data “No Fix No Fee” Guarantee means that if you call us to fix a problem and we can’t find a solution, fix or repair, we won’t charge you a cent, even if we come to your home or office! You should know that often the solution to your problem might be that you need to upgrade your software or hardware, which of course is likely to involve you spending money in some cases. If for any reason you are unable to follow our situation or advice, then the guarantee does not apply unfortunately but for everything else, you are covered!
